🎓✨ OFF TO THE NEXT ADVENTURE! ✨🎓

This week we’re saying a huge good luck to our six leavers as they head off to university and college! 🥹❤️

Watching our dancers grow from little ones into the incredible young adults they are today is something we feel so lucky to be a part of.

We hope that everything you’ve learnt through dance — the confidence, discipline, resilience, teamwork, friendships and, most importantly, the courage to put yourself out there — stays with you wherever life takes you. 💫

Dance is about so much more than steps, and we hope your time at HMD and Taylor Dance have given you memories, friendships and skills that you’ll carry with you for years to come.

We’re going to miss you all so much, but we couldn’t be prouder! ❤️

We’re Launching our Advanced Adult Tap workshops - a monthly Sunday session designed to explore, create and develop ideas for our upcoming show in March 2027! Each class is pay as you go and is £15 per class! 🌟

These workshops are a achieve to:
⚡️ Push your tap skills further
⚡️ Learn and create exciting choreography
⚡️ Explore ideas for our March 2027 Show
⚡️ Have fun, challenge yourself and dance with a great group!

You DON’T have to be part of the March show to attend the workshops!
But… if you love what we are creating and fancy being part of the show, you absolutely can!

💥 Day 2 U.dance 2026 💥

And that’s a wrap! Yesterday our girls had a full day of rehearsals including finale, tech and dress runs! It was a full on, but we loved it!

So much positive feedback from other schools, youth groups and staff members! The girls did us proud 🥰🥹

We have left U.dance with memories made to last a life time and with inspiration to keep doing what we do best, create!

💥 U.Dance Festival Day 1 💥

What an incredible day we had yesterday! Our ‘Dune’ cast took part in a variety of inspiring and educational dance workshops, from dance health to dance for TV and Film!

They learned from amazing artists and tried out many different styles including Hip-Hop and contemporary.
It’s been such a fun experience, and we’ve loved every minute of it.

We are so proud of our performers who are representing us brilliantly. 🥰 The talent we have seen this weekend from everyone involved, has been out of this world!

We are currently backstage about to perform ‘Dune’ at the stunning Tramway Glasgow! Keep an eye out for our Day 2 update!

🌟Parent watching 🌟

We had so much fun last week inviting our younger dancers’ parents into class! It was lovely to share all their hard work and watch everyone enjoy dancing together. Thank you to all the families who joined us - we loved having you there!

A huge well done to this talented bunch, who sat their ISTD and RAD exams this term. For many, this will be their last dancing exam before they fly the nest! Everyone at HMD are so proud of you all 💚💙💜
