Show Postponed 🥊

Unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision to postpone our Granite City Boxing Club show, which was due to take place on Saturday 19th September at the Beach Ballroom.

With a number of injuries within the gym, along with an infection currently going through the club, we feel postponing the event is the right decision for the health and wellbeing of our boxers, coaches and everyone involved.

We are now working to find a new date that suits both the Beach Ballroom and the North District, and we will announce the rescheduled date as soon as everything is confirmed. 📅

We are absolutely gutted to have to make this decision, but the health of our boxers has to come first. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported the event, bought tickets, booked tables, sponsored us and helped make the show possible. Your continued support means the world to Granite City Boxing Club. 🖤🥊

The show will go on — just on a new date! 💪

The wait is over… Granite City Boxing Club’s 2026/27 season gets underway from Monday 3rd August, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back into the gym! 💪

All classes are now finished for the summer. We’d like to thank all of our boxers, parents, coaches, and supporters for another fantastic season of hard work and dedication.

BOXING Scotland are delighted to announce that we are once again partnering with Granite City Boxing Club and CAIN Boxing Club to help deliver the King of the North Box Cup – with entries now open!

The National Governing Body will be handling all entries and payments for the Box Cup, which will be held in Aberdeen at the end of May 2026.

The King of the North Box Cup will be an Open Class competition, once again set to attract top quality boxers from across the UK and beyond, ranging from School boxers born 2013 all the way to senior.

DATE: Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st May 2026

VENUE: Bucksburn Academy, Kepplehills Road, Bucksburn, Aberdeen, AB21 9DG

COST: £25 per boxer.

CLOSING DATE: Monday 20th April
