Proud moment for team at FitIQ Education & Sports Coaching Services

This is what happens when people who work with purpose and passion, come together to support the development of others and commit to the cause.

In August 2025 I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Yeates and Danielle Chegwidden and ever since we have been working together to create the next wave of education to ensure that our coaches and instructors are informed and knowledgeable in the delivery of Adaptive Training, helping to ensure that everyone really is seen.

Throughout this time we have also supported Ian and Danielle to achieve their Level 3 Award in Education and Training so they will be able to deliver their own course and really take their own professional experience working with Adaptive clients and Para Athletes into the classroom and provide a learning experience that’s is more than just theory.

Last week I was delighted to advise the team that we had received REPs UAE CPD endorsement and the 13 months of work had paid off.

Thank you so much to everyone who has been part of the development of this CPD, provided insight and guidance and have encouraged us to keep going including but not limited too, REPs UAE Nigel Barber Wodaptive Catherine Jay Moir Ali Jawad PLY

We can’t wait to bring this education to Operators, Coaches, establishments across the Health, Fitness & Wellness Space including our School partners, and really work to increase awareness, drive inclusion and be part of the change that is happening within the Para Sport landscape.

Yoga & Pilates | Alanna Marwick Alanna Marwick

Well, today I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful hidden gem nestled in the south of the city, in Kincorth!

When I follow up with our graduates it’s for a number of different reasons and generally to check in with them, see how they are doing post certification and offer any support.

This time it was a lot more than that and I so much enjoyed the conversation and learning I took from Alanna, this woman is incredibly knowledgeable and had so much to share.

And the Studio, WOW, it’s like when Harry Potter ran his trolley through the wall at platform 9 3/4 ☺️ I was instantly transported into a world of calm, welcoming and modern, warm and polished, and what a beautiful space. 👌🏻

With now Yoga & Pilates available this is somewhere not to be overlooked.

Omg and the dogs 🥰 my heart melted, I swear they are little people in dog outfits 🤭

Thank you so much for your time Alanna, the lovely fruit tea and the great conversation. You have something very special in your studio and your teaching and it is a pleasure to have supported you part of the way on your journey.
