Saturday nights used to feel like catching up, now they feel like checking in.

Am I speaking to myself with respect?
Am I reacting from stress or responding from calm?
Am I choosing habits that support the life I want?

Control doesn’t have to feel intense. It can feel gentle.

It can feel like breathing space.
Like clarity.
Like knowing you don’t need to chase , you just need to choose.

Small, intentional choices, again and again.

And this is exactly the kind of work we’ll be doing inside the Wellbeing Club,
learning how to build that steadiness from the inside out.

Not by forcing change.
But by supporting your nervous system so calm feels accessible.

If being part of a space focused on regulation, self-leadership and real-life tools feels aligned, comment CLUB or send me a message and I’ll share more when doors open. 🤍

What’s one small choice tonight that supports the version of you you’re becoming? 💬

There was a time I thought I was just “bad at coping.”

In reality, my nervous system was exhausted.

If you’re always on edge or completely shut down, your body isn’t broken.
It’s been protecting you.

But you don’t have to stay there.

Through somatic, trauma-informed coaching and inside the upcoming Wellbeing Club , I help you understand what your body has been holding, and how to support it safely.

Not by forcing change.
But by building regulation, capacity and compassion.

If you’re ready to move from surviving to feeling steady, I’d love to support you.

Message me “READY” and I’ll send you more information. 🤍

I’m so excited to finally be able to share this! 🎉🎉

I’ve partnered with Caroline Strawson and The Mental Wellbeing Company to bring an online masterclass in Nervous System Regulation to the people who need it most, and honestly, I couldn’t be more passionate about this collaboration.

So many people are walking around every day feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck… and they have no idea that their nervous system is trying to protect them.

This masterclass is about changing that.

It’s about helping people understand what trauma actually does to the body and the nervous system. Because trauma isn’t just something we “get over” with willpower, it lives in the body, in our reactions, in our patterns, and in the way we experience the world.

This masterclass is for:
✨ People who feel constantly stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed
✨ Those navigating the impact of trauma
✨ Anyone who wants to understand why they react the way they do
✨ Professionals, parents, or leaders who want to deepen their understanding of trauma and the nervous system

You don’t have to be “in crisis” to benefit from this work. Sometimes the most powerful step we can take is simply learning what’s happening inside us.

I truly believe this knowledge should be accessible to everyone, which is why partnering with The Mental Wellbeing Company to deliver this training feels so meaningful.

I’d love for you all to join, but my spaces are limited.

Sometimes our children don’t trigger our patience…
they trigger our unhealed parts.

When a child is shouting, pushing boundaries, or melting down, it can activate something deep inside us.

Some parents fly off the handle.
Some parents shut down and withdraw.
Some swing between the two.

Not because they’re bad parents…
but because their nervous system has gone into survival mode.
Your child’s behaviour may be loud, messy, and overwhelming.

But the feelings that rise up in you , the anger, shame, panic, or urge to escape , are yours to hold and understand, not something your child should have to carry.

Children need adults who can say:

"This is hard for me… but it’s not your burden."

Healing our own emotional responses is one of the most powerful gifts we can give our children.
Not perfection.
Not endless patience.

Just awareness, repair, and responsibility.
That’s where generational change begins.
❤️

There’s a point where you realise…
You’re exhausted from holding it all together.

Smiling in meetings.
Showing up for everyone else.
Saying “I’m fine” when you’re anything but.

Where the system falls short , community matters more than ever.

The Mental Wellbeing Club is a space for honest conversations about mental health, trauma, stress, and the nervous system , without shame or stigma.

A place to learn.
To feel understood.
To rebuild from strength, not blame.

If you’re ready for support that feels human , not clinical then join the waiting list today.

Sunday morning reminder ⏰

Rest is not laziness.
It is nervous system care.

Before the emails.
Before the school bags.
Before the meetings and to-do lists.

Pause.

The way you enter this week matters.
When we allow our bodies to feel safe and regulated, we think more clearly, respond more intentionally, and lead more compassionately — at home and at work.

You don’t prepare for the week ahead by pushing harder.
You prepare by creating steadiness within.

What would it look like to begin this week from a place of rest rather than urgency?

💬 Share one way you’re supporting your nervous system today.

You are not “too much.”
You are not “lazy.”
You are not “overreacting.”

You may simply be in a nervous system state that is trying to protect you.

Fight or flight can look like irritability, overworking, restlessness.
Shutdown can look like procrastination, exhaustion or numbness.

Understanding these states shifts the conversation from

“What’s wrong with me?”
to
“What state am I in?”

That shift alone can soften self-criticism.

In my coaching and community spaces, we focus on building this kind of awareness, because regulation starts with understanding.

What state feels most familiar to you right now?
