I have over 10 years experience and I specialise in helping women and folks in the LGBTQ+ community get stronger, fitter and feel more confident. Training out of my own private facility means you can build your confidence and competence with gym equipment without feeling intimidated or silly. I am a firm believer

that lifting weights and staying active has a positive ripple effect into other areas of your life and can benefit anyone and everyone, whether you're a beginner or a more seasoned gym goer. I’m a fitness coach, positive mindset advocate, glute builder enthusiast, traveller, tattoo addict, dog mum and I’m very passionate about helping people feel amazing in their skin by coaching strength training and promoting body acceptance.

I live in Aberdeen, Scotland and have 5 years experience working within the industry. I have worked with people of every shape and size, from every background, and my mission is to help you know your worth, feel completely free in what you choose to do with your body, and live your best life!
