It's been 3 years since Martin suddenly left this life.

It was a great shock that left us reeling.

And

So many people came from far & wide in community and support. We celebrated, honoured and re-membered all the precious gifts he brought to so many. His wake was a joyful, poignant party - very Martin. He would have loved it.

Grief and loss are a very strange things. They're not linear, they shake foundations and re-calibrate everything.

And they take their sweet time.

What's left has to find a way to re-root, re-centre and re-align. New growth comes, eventually, from the ashes.

We loved Martin dearly.
We miss him.
And he's still with us.

I'll leave you with some deceptively simple Martin wisdom that I come back to again and again.....

Martin: (gently) it's ok
Me: (freaking out) what if it isn't?
Martin: (smiling) well, that's ok too 🥰

Held in Scent - a day of Yoga & Sensory Ritual

🌀 explorative yoga weaving movement, stillness, breath & essential oils
🌀small group sharing for reflection & integration
🌀 creating our own ritual bath salts to take home
🌀restorative movement & shamanic journey with intention setting
