"I never really did much exercise until I was in my 30’s and I really felt I looked awful and always felt tired and lethargic. I decided to join a gym and get some personal training sessions as I found the gym a little intimidating. Tom helped me to realise that it’s not all about hours on a treadmill or exercise bike and there is exercise that can be fun and with a few lifestyle changes you can turn your life around and that’s what he did for me.
Tom is knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and nutrition which is key to a healthy lifestyle He knows how to motivate you, when to be tough and when you’re just not feeling it – how to get the best from you.
I worked with Tom for almost 3 years and while I no longer train with him, he ingrained a training regime into me and while I’ll never be an Olympic athlete, I train 4-5 times a week and more over, I enjoy it. I look better, I feel better and I firmly have Tom to thank for that."
