My diary is open for 2026!
As we are nearing the end of the year, I have opened my diary up for 2026 for face to face sessions for those looking to get organised for the new year.
Additionally, a few new spaces for online coaching have been opened up for those looking for some guidance and accountability without the face to face sessions.
If you are feeling lost within the gym since starting, looking to improve your health and fitness or looking to build your strength, then don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Monday – 10.30am, 11.30am, 5pm & 6pm
Tuesday – 3.30pm
Thursday – 10.30am & 3.30pm
Friday - 9.30am, 10.30am, 11,30am
Saturday - 10.30am & 11.30am
What you can expect from 1-2-1 Personal Training
🗓️ Sessions arranged for up to 5 times per week.
📱 Daily support and accountability when you need it.
💻 Weekly Check-ins.
🏃♀️ Custom Training plans to follow outside PT sessions through an online app.
🍎 Nutritional Advice (if you request it).
1-2-1 Personal Training starts from £50 per session or £150 per month.
Sessions will take place at Quay Fitness, Aberdeen, which is a nice quiet office-based gym with a capped membership. This means the gym will be quieter, even at peak times, and there will always be equipment and space free.
Spaces are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis so get booked in quickly to avoid disappointment.
