As we step into a new year, let’s keep the focus on fitness that is FUN, rather than add pressure of being perfect and doing things we don’t enjoy.

Movement should be enjoyable, make you feel good and something you actually look forward to. In 2026, it won’t be a punishment or a short-term resolution.

As an MTF instructor, my goal for this year is to help as many people as I can build a healthy relationship with movement and provide you with a fun, inclusive and wholesome community to help you build habits that feel good, fit your lifestyle, and last far beyond January!

2026 HERE WE GO!! 💜💛

As of January I am bringing you ✨SIX✨Musical Theatre Fitness classes across Aberdeen!!

We’re kicking off the week with our Monday 6.30pm Citymoves Dance Agency 💙 followed by our OG Monday 7.45pm class at Sheddocksley (bookable soon on gymcatch via the link in my bio) 💜💛

A brand new Tuesday 8pm class for Sport Aberdeen members at NORTHFIELD’s beautiful studio 🤩

Wednesday sees the return of our 6pm Alex Collie class in Bridge of Don (bookable soon on gymcatch via the link in my bio) 💜💛 before we continue our energetic Wednesday 7.15pm class at Jesmond for members! 🥰

Finally, last but not least a new class back in my OG studio at Sheddocksley, but this time for members on Thursday 7pm 😍
