Hello Beautiful People
I hope you're all keeping well, I know I've been quiet on here but been busy settling into a routine with Baby Johnathan and also in the middle of moving house. It's been all go this past 4 weeks.

I wanted to share some exciting news that wasn't expected but very grateful to have been nominated for The Heart & Soul Awards 2025 in the LOCAL FEMALE INSTRUCTOR/ COACH category 😊 I will inform everyone when the voting will open and will hopefully make it to the finals. The voting opening date will be announced soon. The Awards Ceremony will take place on Saturday, July 5th, at the stunning Beach Ballroom in Aberdeen.

Regarding classes returning I am still recovering from wee man's arrival and I know I said I would try and be back in March but will now be hopefully returning in April. Miss you all and SOULSA very much and looking forward to returning foe a shake and a shimmy 💚

SOULSA BABY HAS ARRIVED!!

On Wednesday 22nd January. Baby Johnathan made an appearance at 22:27 weighing 8lb 1oz. 🩵🩵

I will be taking some time to enjoy my new wee family and hope to have classes return in March.

Hi ladies,

After speaking with health professionals today and unexpected hospital visit last week, tonight's class at Auchmill Hall 7-8pm will unfortunately be the last class instead of 25th. I really wanted to try and continue for as long as possible, but it's definitely time to listen to health professionals and rest.

I just want to say a Huge thank you to Karen Gibson brand creator of Soulsa Dance Fitness for the opportunity to become an instructor and be apart of such an amazing brand and team. Gonna miss it but will definitely be back in spring time next year.
