It's so hard to hit my protein goal. Here...get 44g just from your coffee 🤷‍♂️ half a cup of black coffee and a double scoop protein shake. Honestly, add whatever you want to it ice, flavour drops i don't care, but this is just how simple it is 🤷‍♂️💪🏽

44g is about a quarter of the daily intake of many people i know. The best part is that these powders come in many nice flavours.

If you don't like cold/iced coffee, make your protein shake in the same boiling water or just hot tap water.

10 Kilograms in 10 Months. 17.7 inches all over

You know what? that's not even the craziest part of this transformation so far!!

Battleing an illness that takes a periodical treatment to keep at bay. We missed 2 out of 4 weeks' worth of sessions at the start because the pain was unbearable until treatment day arrived. Back aches, pain not suppressed by any painkillers, and constant fatigue.

At the start, we made the best of the 2 weeks we had, then slowly realised that we got closer by a day or so as we progressed.

Well, last weeks session came within 15 HOURS of he treatment. Speaking in hours, we have managed to shrink 264 hours (11 days) to just 15 hours.

This is why I will always say that working out and becoming this incredible version of yourself is not just about weight loss or fitting into dresses. So much more happens behind the scenes.

12 months Coaching 5 Stones and 22 inches down.

I could sit here and tell you that this was done under a strict diet and crazy high intensity sessions, but then i would be lying.

We have tweaked Kirstens eating habits to suit her, created training sessions that she enjoys, and made it so that she can do it around kids and work.

We have instilled a mindset during the early stages that lead to this amazing achievement.
