Struggling with Achilles pain? Let’s break down what’s actually going on — and what works 💥

Achilles tendinopathy isn’t about “inflammation” — it’s about load. 🏋️‍♂️
Your tendon is irritated because it’s not coping with the load it's getting. The good news? We can fix that. ✅

Here’s what you shouldn’t do:
❌ Rest it completely
❌ Stretch it endlessly
❌ Jump straight to heel raises without a plan

Here’s what you should do:
✅ Modify your activity (not stop)
✅ Gradually strengthen the tendon
✅ Follow a structured progression

📍 Need help navigating your pain? We combine physiotherapy + strength & conditioning to get you moving — and keep you moving.
