Weight loss won’t automatically create self-worth.

I think a lot of women believe:
✨ “When I finally lose the weight… then I’ll feel confident.”
✨ “Then I’ll stop obsessing over my body.”
✨ “Then I’ll finally like myself.”

And honestly?
I used to believe that too.

❌Now, I’m not sitting here saying I don’t believe in weight loss.

I do.

Most of the women I work with lose weight successfully 🤍

But the difference is:
we work on doing it in a way that actually feels sustainable in their real lives —
not just something they can force themselves through until summer 🙋🏼‍♀️🫶🏻

Because if we don’t change our relationship with food, movement, and ourselves…
the obsession usually just follows us into a smaller body.

A lot of women lose weight but still:
🌱 fear gaining it back
🌱 obsess over food
🌱 panic when routines change
🌱 tie their worth to their body
🌱 feel like they have to constantly control themselves

That’s why sustainable change is about more than just physical transformation 👏🏻

It’s about learning how to:
🤍 trust yourself
🤍 move from self-respect instead of fear
🤍 build habits you actually enjoy maintaining
🤍 care for yourself consistently instead of painfully

Because lasting change is rarely built from self-punishment.

It’s built from self-trust 🫶🏻

Wee moments of happiness sprinkled in my week 🌟🎉

Note to self: must remember to take photos 👀

1. New obsession of pears 🍐 if you haven't eaten them, delicious and fibrous 🤌🏼
2. The habit base community cheering and supporting everyone (We have the best group of women)
3. Itsu teriyaki bowl - high protein, good fiber and yummy for a cba night
4. More gals joining the 100kg hip thrust club
5. I've loved the gym this week 🤌🏼 by far this is my favourite training programme AND I didn't injure myself doing pull ups 🤣
6. We went to see Devil Wears Parada 2 - loved the fashion, not so sure on the script 🤣
7. Daily walks always doing their bits 👏🏻
8. The base of my chilli makes me so happy 🙋🏼‍♀️
9. Making my hubby having a spa afternoon at home - totally influenced with these masks 🤣

Save this… but more importantly, actually USE it this weekend 🌱👀

Most women start coaching with me saying:

“But I’m good through the week… it’s just the weekends.”

Here’s the truth:
The weekend should never be the problem ⚠️

Your weekend is literally 43% of your week 🤯
So if fat loss only works Monday-Friday lunch… we’ve got a problem.

Most of the time, women are doing “Bird Box” with weekends 🙈
Hands over their eyes.
Hoping for the best.
Trying not to think about it.

But sustainable progress comes from getting GOOD at weekends, not avoiding them.

That’s exactly what I help my girls do 💛

Things like:
✨ planning meals ahead in MyFitnessPal
✨ getting movement done early
✨ slowing down while eating
✨ deciding what’s actually worth it
✨ leaving meals satisfied instead of painfully full

And honestly? Most of my girls still go out. A lot 🍷🌮🍕

They just feel more prepared, aware, and intentional around it now 🫶🏻

Because sustainable fat loss was never meant to mean missing out on your life 🫣

And if your results only happen when life is quiet… they probably won’t last long term 🌱

Seriously though, can we take a hot wee minute for my gal Kristy 🤩

Would you have guessed her journey started from not liking how she looked in a photo… (But that’s not the case anymore 👀)

Before:

👉🏻She was shocked to see herself in a photo and couldn’t believe that was her

👉🏻 She felt very uncomfortable and didn’t feel confident in her skin

👉🏻 She didn’t really feel that comfortable in the gym because she didn’t feel confident in herself

👉🏻 She felt the transition from her 20-30s had just hit HARD

And like most women in their 30’s, she was just so overwhelmed with new information that she didn’t know where to start 🤷🏼‍♀️

But like every woman that starts with NCH, we got you 🩷

And with Kristy, it was about building her approach to meet her where she was at so she could fall in love with it and make it a sustainable lifestyle change 🙌🏻 (The most important thing)

BUT lets take a moment to flash forward to where she is now

She is absolutely killing it 😮‍💨

✅Kristy is now smashing it in the gym, completing 2-3 sessions on her own and going to a 4th insaneeeee conditioning class

✅She travels almost every single week for work and still manages to sustain her progress

✅She knows exactly how to fuel her body without having to track every single goddamn day 👏🏻

✅She wore the wedding dress of dreams 💃

✅And most importantly, she is bloody happy in her own skin 🙌🏻

Kristy is absolutely incredible and what started as a weight loss journey turned into changing her lifestyle for good, creating new goals and pushing herself furhter 🤌🏼

I love seeing my gals genuinely change their lives, fall in love with their body and feel fulfilled every single day 🫶🏻
