NEW HOME FOR IPC YOUTH CLASSES

Our youth classes have officially moved to North East Scotland College!

We’re really excited to get started at our new home and continue giving young people a positive place to train, build confidence and enjoy their fitness.

End of an Era!

Yesterday we run our last Strength Circuits for RESULTS GYM and it was ridiculous in the best way.

Vibes were great and the dress ups were amazing especially Laura Watt that obviously dressed up as her hero 👀😅

I remember starting this class with about 3 people and then for the longest time it was so busy we had a waiting list for weeks.

The community was built the numbers climbed, confidences grew, mindsets changed and it’s been an absolute pleasure to facilitate that.

Very touched by the gifts and wishes and I’m absolutely sure I’ll see you all around one way or another.

A little glimpse into Glenn’s journey with IPC 👊

When Glenn first joined us, the focus was on building strength, improving fitness and creating a solid foundation.
Since then, he’s taken on his first HYROX race and now he’s continuing to challenge himself in a completely new way through climbing.

It’s been great to see how far he’s come and how he continues to push himself beyond his comfort zone.
Different challenge, same energy !

100 challenge - Half way!

Hours 41-50

Honestly the last 10 hours have felt a bit stuck, like I’ve plateaued a wee bit.
The learning curve hasn’t been as steep but looking back at it, everything is feeling smoother, confidence is up and I can feel new things about to happen.
Another 50 hours to go, excited to see what I can do 😎

Joe and Oli from oliMoto recently joined us at the IPC studio for a training session.

It was great to have them in, put them through their paces and hear more about the work going into their Guinness World Record attempt.

Rob’s training initially started with solid foundation focused on building strength , improve movement quality and developing better coordination. As his goals evolved, so did his training.

Now every session is designed/tailored to complement his running 🏃 strength, stability, mobility and recovery.

Meet ! Our Handstand Don 🤸‍♀️

It’s not just about nailing handstands (although she’s pretty awesome at that 😮‍💨) we’ve been working towards Laura’s personal goals while navigating a couple of niggles along that way and she’s only getting stronger and fitter every week 💪
