Hi Ladies!!
I am planning an outdoor body weight fitness class in Stoneywood development pitch (directly opposite the Bankhead bridge in Aberdeen)
FURTHER DETAILS
Will happen over 4 weeks from Monday 21st June - 12th July (initially)
Will be basic full body weight exercises whereby you can push yourself as hard as you like (GO HARD, or go home gals ;))
Alternatives will be offered to anyone with specific injuries

REQUIREMENTS
Signed off by doctor for exercise (any postnatal clients in particular)
Bottle of water
Exercise mat
Suncream (being optimistic!)
Hat/light raincoat
Your wonderful can do attitude!
**** Anyone with any specific concerns , please let me know asap so that I can account for this in our class **** I will speak to everyone individually before the first class

If you are arriving from Dyce take left at the bankhead crossroads
If you are coming from town take right at the crossroads
Tagged is the local co-op as a guide but I will share a meeting place closer to the time
