This plan is great for those who are currently into fitness but want to take the pressure away from planning their workouts over the next few weeks, likewise itโs also suitable for first timers looking to start somewhere and build up their confidence from home.
The programme is very much a functional fitness design meaning a real variety of strength & cardio work included in all sessions *itโs not just a weights programme*
What I ask from you?
๐บ GIVE IT YOUR BEST SHOT - there will be weeks when you really just canโt be hooped but itโs only 2 workouts a week, thatโs 2 hours out of 168!
๐บ DONT BE SCARED TO ASK QUESTIONS - thatโs what Iโm here for aswell as the support group, to pull eachother through the next 6 weeks as a team.
The beauty of this plan is that once itโs purchased itโs yours to keep to do at anytime throughout the year, repeat your favourite workouts and burn your most hated ones ๐ฅ๐คญ
