On Wednesday we celebrated 5 whole years of Jack ❤️

Our little kind, sweet boy who brings a smile to everyone he meets face ☺️

Why the 30 minute effect means so much to us 👇🏼

After having our children, I naturally struggled with time, how my body looked and feeling stuck in a rut I never imagined I'd get out of.

It felt like my body didn't work the same way it use to, I always wore the same things because I absolutely hated how my body looked.

I felt low, lacked energy, was constantly tired and just didn't feel like me anymore.

The 30 minute effect actually changed my life.

Work got busy, we're always busy with the 4 kids and the washing machine never takes a day off..

It meant I wasn't constantly looking for hours to fit my workouts in,

It meant my workouts weren't a thought after an overstimulating day with the family,

It meant I didn't feel guilt if I had to take the kids to the gym with me as I knew we'd only be there 30 minutes,

It meant I could be ME again.. making great progress while not letting my plan take over my whole life.

Not only do I find my 30 minute workouts enjoyable, I find them more manageable than ever! I'm able to do them consistently as I always know I have 30 minutes to complete them in!

1. Jack had his classroom visit for p1
2. We celebrated jacks 5th birthday party
3. And our besties birthday party
4. Food shop was amusing to say the least
5. A jabby nettle sting turned into a bandage we can't seem to get off
6. Balloon igloo fun
7. Martyn won 2 trophy's at his football teams trophy day
8. We said our final goodbyes to the main man ☹️
9. We gave a sneak preview to something new and exciting coming Tuesday 👏🏼

Yesterday we said our final goodbyes to the main man💔

It's been an unbelievably sad time for us all, but we thought it was time we shared this as so many of you ask about him..

We find comfort knowing that he's been reunited with his wife and daughter again ☹️❤️

We miss you very much Granda, forever my hero!
