Not feeling great this week, so unfortunately I’ve had to cancel all my 1-2-1 sessions while I rest up and recover. 🤒
Watching modern football and seeing so many top players rely almost entirely on one foot drives me a bit mad—which is exactly why I push both-footed play so hard in my sessions.
Then I get a text like this and it makes it all worth it. Huge shoutout to Josh for making his mam drop me a message to say he scored with his left foot! Proof is in the pudding that hard work pays off (even if Josh acts like I’m putting him through absolute torture when we work on that weak foot 😂).
Resting up for now, but I can't wait to get back out on the pitch with everyone soon! ⚽🔥
