Our junior athletes returned to a very familiar venue today Pembrey country park for the 2026 Welsh junior road relays.
With teams throughout the age categories the club was well represented with the U16boys and U18boys coming away with bronze medals in some very fast fields.
A huge well done to all our athletes today now we focus on returning to Pembrey in 5 weeks time to start our cross country racing for the season when the whole club will descend on the venue with age groups from under 10 up to vet 65+.
Still the best club in the valley why run with the rest when you can run with the best
Training every Tuesday and Thursday at the Ron Jones Stadium Aberdare 6pm-7pm juniors
7pm-8pm seniors

A big well done to our athletes who competed in the Cearphilly 5K over the weekend, what a fantastic sight to see of black and amber running through the streets of Cearphilly!

Everyone did themselves proud even in that heat! And there were smiles from start to finish 😊

And even a well deserved b**r to finish 😆

The 2026 Rack Raid (page) was an absolute blast, we loved every second.

Some very challenging stages and the team absolutely smashed it. Everyone give it their all and we are so proud of you. We finished 6th overall out of 30 very competitive teams.

A special thank you to Deb, Carwyn, Lesley and Carys who were with us all day supporting and also took on some marshalling duty.
