A question that has been asked recently and a few times before, it goes something like this, my friend wants to have a go on my go kart,is that ok? As far as I'm concerned it is.
However if you charge for the hire then the responsibility on any injuries incurred during this is the responsibility of the owner of the kart.

Due to demand over Easter we can now take bookings for good Friday until Bank holiday Monday.
We will require prior bookings for all classes , due to previous experience we will only allow kart racers on if they also have a set of wets available.
Rally car test day will be Sunday only.

Track hire available for owner drivers wkends only , please make sure that karts are suitable for the age of the drivers ,
Age 7/13,
cadet's.
Intermediate cadets, 10/13,
Juniors, 13/17,
Seniors, 15+.
You will also need a set of wet wheels with tyres just in case of track conditions.
Helmet gloves and overalls.
Booking is now mandatory.
The track will be locked up without prior bookings.
2024 testing price's are as follows,
Price will increase from March 1st 2024
Cadet's £30
Juniors £35
Seniors £40

It is with great sadness that the Isle of Man TT Races can confirm the loss of Raul Torras Martinez following an incident on the final of lap of the first Supertwin Race of the 2023 Isle of Man TT Races.

Our heartfelt condolences go to Raul’s family, loved ones, and friends.

An incredibly popular member of the paddock family, Raul’s smile was infectious and his love for the TT and the sport of road racing was apparent to anyone who was fortunate enough to meet him.

Raul was competing in his fifth TT and had posted his fastest ever lap of the Mountain Course earlier today, passing a racing landmark by lapping at an average speed of over 125mph and securing a 20th-place finish in the Superstock Race.

When asked what his ambitions in road racing were, he has said “to have fun with the bike, and to be able to fight for a top-20 finish at the TT in a 1000cc class”. On his journey to reaching and achieving his racing ambition, he became the fastest Spaniard ever to have raced around the TT Mountain Course.

Away from the TT, Raul was regular competitor at the North West 200 and had also competed at the Ulster Grand Prix and the Macau Grand Prix.

Racing was Raul’s life and the loss of such a passionate and spirited gentleman will be felt deeply by the entire TT community.
