Busy women often lack the time and brain capacity to think about what they’re going to eat for lunch.
They either skip it entirely, grab something quick or buy something that may satisfy in the moment but doesn’t give them the nutrition they need to get them through the day.
Which is why I find it easier to eat the same meals on repeat.
You pick something you like.
You get the ingredients in.
You make enough for multiple portions.
You cook once and then you’ll no longer be asking yourself, “what shall I have today?”
It’s simply the same as yesterday.
It reduces decision making and makes eating healthier so much easier.
You know you have something that’s;
Nutritious
Filling
Quick
Easy to grab between meetings, school runs & everything else life throws at you.
And although it may take time, it saves you time, making it easier to stay on track with your health and weight loss goals.
You’ll feel fuller, your appetite will be better regulated and you’ll be less likely to spend the evening picking and snacking because you fuelled your body properly.
And you’ll feel so much better for it.
This week was a shredded chicken, sweetcorn & lime sandwich filler by which was delicious in a wrap.
