Following our recent player recruitment post, we've had a fantastic response from players interested in joining Abbots Bromley FC for the 2026/27 season.

There's still plenty of opportunity to get involved, with pre-season training starting in just one month's time, and we'd love to welcome more players to our football family.

🧡 100 Club Update & Thank You 🧡

Firstly, we would like to apologise that we were unable to bring yesterday's draw live due to a number of technical issues.

We also want to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to everyone at Katharine House Hospice, Stafford, for the incredible work they do. In particular, we would like to recognise the care and support they provided to the wife of our loyal supporter and sponsor, Martin Higson, who we sadly lost.

As many of you know, throughout the 2025–26 season we have been donating to this fantastic cause, with Gift Aid added on top of our contributions. We are delighted to announce that our fundraising for the season has now concluded, with a total of £1,077.50 raised.

FULL TIME & END OF SEASON PRESENTATION 🏆⚽

Unfortunately, the result didn't go our way this morning as we fell to a 4-3 defeat against Colliers Arms.

Despite the result, we rounded off the season with our End of Season Presentation this afternoon and took the opportunity to celebrate another successful campaign.

We're proud to have finished 4th in the league, a fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work and commitment shown by everyone throughout the season.

Congratulations to all of our award winners, and a huge thank you to our sponsors, supporters, volunteers, players and everyone else who has contributed along the way. Your support has been invaluable.

We'll soon be sharing details of our pre-season plans, player recruitment, the 100 Club and much more as we begin preparations for the new season.
