Sound Bath next week in Bruton’s Community Hall.

The beautiful vibration of the sound bowls, improvised music with voice, guitar and guided meditation will support you safely and creatively on a journey you won’t forget.

Self care is how you take your power back! In today’s workd, reducing anxiety and stress is vital. Learning how to be relaxed and in empowered state are skills that will serve you.

This lovely upbeat group is run by myself, Siska Redman, seasoned registered Music Therapist and Coach.

You can bring a friend or come by yourself.

You will need a mat, comfy clothes, cushion and a blanket to set yourself up for a great result.

NMT is endorsed by

1. World Federation of Neurological Rehabilitation (WFNR)

2. U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities and programs have expanded music therapy in clinical veteran care

2. European Federation of Neurorehabilitation Societies

I will go live here to share which exercises are beneficial with stroke work and after injury in neuro rehabilitation.

Overall, we experience great improvement in treatment.

Sing a song every day!
I promise you it will organize your emotions ( regulate ) and it‘s very beneficial for your health!

Yesterday we sang “ Moon River“ in a session. Sing it with opening your heart, feel into the melody and words!

PS: I have started a Stroke Clinic - from home or travelling to clients. Please help me spread the news!
The results are very positive. Recently, Bobby the bear is coming along!

We had the most joyful and harmonious singing session this Tuesday - the next session is on Tuesday, May 13th from 10.30 - 12 at Henstridge in the village hall ( smaller room)

I am inviting people with dementia, their spouses, friends or carers ( only one pays) and also people who are elderly and want to join a really lovely social
group.
