Hi there - it’s me, Fay! I’ve been off grid a little lately since starting a full time job but this doesn’t mean I’ve lost my passion for fitness, it’s just changed my outlook and approach. Things I’ve learnt:
⭐️I took it for granted that I could naturally keep fit whilst doing my day to day job - just with the odd extra class/run thrown in.
⭐️ I now appreciate that fitting exercise into daily life can be a challenge and not always top of the ‘to-do’ list.
⭐️ I’ve had to think of new ways to get moving, particularly with Autumn drawing in (how did that happen?!) it’s dark when I leave for work and when I get back. 😱
⭐️ The importance of not staying sedentary; even if it’s just standing up for 10 mins or going for a little walk in breaks at work.
⭐️ But also . . . If it’s been a really long tiring day. It’s ok to do nothing. Rest is crucial to keeping your body running in tip top condition.

So even though teaching fitness isn’t full time for me at the moment, I’m just a message away for any questions/tips/concerns/a little chat. Keep your eyes peeled for new On Demand classes coming, including FwF Express (15 min sessions), tips to get you moving in autumn/winter, basic exercises to do in your home and ways to use props. So on that note - here’s an introduction to the wonderful .booty who have given me a reason to pick up resistance bands again (videos on how to use them coming soon!) but for starters just have a gander at how BEAUTIFUL they are!
