🇫🇷Un beau record perso à 30m pour mes 2 champions après 2 semaines d'entraînement, moi je me suis fait stopper en pleine chute libre par une tortue géante, rencontre surprenante et exceptionnelle dans ces profondeurs, je pensais avoir heurté un apneiste qui s'était perdu par là, et non, une superbe tortue !
🇬🇧A nice personnal best to 30m for both of my champions after 2 weeks of training! Me I got stopped by a giant turtle while freefalling, very unusual encounter at those depths, I thought I was bumping into another freediver who got lost, but no, a wonderful turtle!

Titulaire d'un AIDA 4 ou d'un niveau équivalent (SSI, Molchanov etc...) ?
Tu veux soit apprendre de nouvelles choses, pouvoir enseigner à des ami(e)s, travailler dans un club dans n'importe quel coin du monde, travailler à mi-temps ou à temps complet comme auto-entrepreneur ?
Alors le cours d'instructeur est fait pour toi !

🇫🇷Ça y est je suis Instructor Trainer !
Ce qui signifie que je peux désormais former des apneistes à devenir instructeur d'apnée !
Après avoir passé 6 années 12 mois/an dans l'océan, beaucoup de passion, mais également beaucoup d'infection des sinus et des oreilles, de fatigue et j'en passe !
Donc si tu as envie de devenir instructeur, tu sais à quelle porte frapper !
🇬🇧 Here we go, I'm Instructor Trainer!
It means I can teach freedivers to become Instructors!
After 6 years 12 months/ year in the sea, a lot of passion, but also a lot of sinuses, ears infection, exhaustion, it was a long way!
So you know which door to knock if you feel like to become instructor!

🇫🇷Il y a 20 ans on écoutait du hard techno et on buvait de la bière chaude dans des hangars poussiéreux, maintenant on parle apnée, nutrition et mal de dos (car oui même si notre esprit a toujours 16 ans notre corps en a bientôt 40 !)
Pas d'âge pour faire de nouvelles expériences et se dépasser, l'apnée est à la porté de tous et de toutes, bien joué Teddy!
🇬🇧 20 years ago we were listening to hardtekno, drinking hot beers in a dusty warehouse, now we talk Freediving, diet, and back pain (because yes, even if our mind is still 16 our body is almost 40!)
There is no age to start new experiences and challenge ourself, we'll done Teddy!

After 4 cigarets and 3 coffees as a warm up for Adrian it's a Personal Best of 43m!
Adrian is doing the 1 month training and it's going even better than planned.
We worked on all different aspects of the diving, and the first goal was to reach at least 40m with a good frenzel and the mask, so it's done, congrats man!
