looks like chaos feels like bliss ☺️📚🧘♀️📿🩵
one of my favourite things about running retreats is my own personal retreat that I go on before each one 🧘♀️ I make sure I have some slow time scheduled before a retreat to be able to dive deeeeep into my own practices, learnings, meditations, books, resources… all the little details and bits of yoga deliciousness that I’ve collected over the years of practice, things that might have been forgotten or just not prioritised when I’m teaching weekly drop-in classes, and bringing all these jewels and gems a little closer to the surface 🤲
I want to head into leading a retreat with my cup full, my batteries charged, able to embody all the practices I hope to share with my guests 🥰
This year I’ve been lucky enough to spend some time studying the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya with and what a joy that has been 🙏 I hope to share some of that wisdom 🙏
“Teach what is inside you, not as it applies to you, to yourself, but as it applies to the other” 🙏
