The group were up against some very difficult conditions this week, with exceptionally hot weather and the fish spawning throughout most of the session. As a result, the fishing was extremely challenging, with mainly male fish showing up and feeding.

Despite the tough conditions, the lads did a great job and managed to land 20 fish between them. The standout catch of the week went to Andy, who landed an impressive 48lb carp – a new personal best for him, which was fantastic to see.

Considering how tricky the fishing was, everyone did remarkably well. With the spawning activity now hopefully coming to an end, we’re looking forward to a much more productive week ahead and some better fishing conditions.

Last week’s group managed to land 15 fish despite conditions being far from ideal. It was a very slow and challenging week, with the fish starting to spawn again before stopping, and the weather working against them throughout. Still, the lads kept at it, moved around the lake well, and managed to put a few on the bank.

Two of the lads headed home and two more arrived, keeping the group at six anglers on Lake Exclusive. Since Saturday, the new line-up has already managed 25 fish and the action has really picked up.

We don’t have photos of everything just yet, as some of the lads have been taking pictures on their own cameras, so we’re still trying to get them all together. We’ll keep updating you with more pictures and catches as soon as we can.
