Headstand pike presses are one of the most powerful drills for building real inversion strength.

They train much more than your abs.

This movement develops:

• deep core activation
• hip flexor compression
• spinal control
• slow strength through range

Exactly the kind of strength you need for:

– press handstands
– controlled headstand entries
– L-sits and compression work

Tips if you’re practicing this:

Move slowly.
Keep the legs active and together.
Think about lifting the hips before the legs.
Exhale as the legs rise.

Control will always build more strength than momentum.

With time, it becomes something more subtle, refining the tiny details, feeling the breath guide the body, and letting movement unfold as one harmonious flow, guided from within. Riding the energy and letting it bring you back home ❤️
