Recrutement BUTET Sellier - Attaché(e) commercial(e) pour la zone Grand Est.

Nous cherchons à renforcer notre équipe avec un expert sellier, chargé de représenter le savoir-faire BUTET Sellier dans la région Grand Est.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable des Ventes, notre futur(e) attaché(e) commercial(e) aura pour mission de :
- Prospecter dans la zone attribuée afin de développer le portefeuille client existant.
- Assurer la satisfaction client pour maintenir un lien privilégié.
- Être ambassadeur de la marque BUTET sur le terrain et tout évènement régional.
- Établir le lien entre le client et le service SAV en cas de besoin.
- Maintenir une veille stratégique, essentielle pour garantir notre position de leader sur le marché.

Pré-requis du poste
Vous :
- Êtes passionné(e) d’équitation et ce milieu n’a aucun secret pour vous.
- Êtes autonome avec un esprit d'entrepreneur tout en ayant un esprit d’équipe.
- Êtes organisé(e) et ambitieux(euse) et persévérant(e).
- Avez le goût du challenge et de l’atteinte des objectifs.
- Vous avez un esprit curieux, vous êtes titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide et vous aimez conduire.

"La première sensation qui m’ait apparue avec les nouveaux panneaux, c’est une sensation de souplesse. C’est comme une réaction en chaine. Avec davantage de souplesse, vient une sensation de confort. Le cheval est plus à l’aise, plus fluide. Cela se ressent dans son attitude et dans ses mouvements. Comme pour mon cheval, ça a changé mes sensations. Je me sens plus confortable avec ces panneaux. Un sentiment de moelleux.

Avez-vous remarqué qu'il convenait plus à un type de cheval qu'à un autre ?
Plutôt sur mes chevaux de concours. Ce sont des chevaux plus sensibles pour lesquels il faut être particulièrement attentif. Pour préserver leur physique sur la durée, il faut prendre en compte leurs sensations et leur attitude sous la selle. Avec le changement de panneaux, la souplesse et le confort apportés, j’ai la sensation que nous allons gagner en longévité sportive mais également que les chevaux se servent mieux de leur dos. "

While trying the new panels for the first time, I immediately felt the difference. From the second I jumped on my horse I felt more confortable than ever before.

First sensations were incredible, and the comfort for both myself and my horse was showing. While the horse gave more from his back during the training I felt closer to him, had more sensation under the saddle. Butet saddles have always been amazing, and always fitted so well, but with these S panels I can feel everything even better than before. And it adapts even better from a horse to another now, so to me it’s truly magnificient.

For the past 10 years, I have enjoyed the superb balance that the Butet mono flaps allow me. This year, in addition, I have had the opportunity to trial the latest “S” version of the foam panels which I notice allow my horses, particularly the more sensitive ones, more freedom of movement and suppleness through the back. The freedom in the shoulder creates more bascule over the fence - my horses are on great form and I have enjoyed a few 4 wins and a second place at the Kentucky International 5 in April.
