Ces dernières semaines ont été éprouvantes pour moi et l'avancée du projet. Je remercie au passage l'équipe de bénévoles qui m'assiste et me soutient. Il devenait compliqué de coordonner l'aspect politique, financier, technique et la communication.
J'ai été convoqué à la délégation locale du ministère jeunesse et sport ce matin. Deux heures de réunion, ils m'ont exposé les possibilités d'avancée du projet.
Nous sommes tombés d'accord: Jeunesse et sport me suit et va tout mettre en oeuvre pour créer une structure dédiée au projet dans laquelle je serais intégré en tant qu'expert, ce qui me permettrait de garder une vue sur le projet. Cette démarche lancera de façon très officielle la mobilisation des pouvoirs public et incitera toutes les entités décisionnaires à se positionner clairement et à injecter les fonds nécessaires. Il restera du travail à fournir, mais avec ce modèle d'application le projet avancera dans le bon sens et permettra d'intégrer plus de subventions!!

These last weeks were very hard for me and the future of the project. I thank volunteers' team which assists me and supports me. It became complicated to coordinate the political, financial, technical aspect and the communication.
I was summoned to the local delegation of the ministry youth and sport this morning. Two hours of meeting, they exposed me the possibilities to go ahead with the project.
We came to an agreement: the local delegation supports me and is going to operate everything to create a structure dedicated to the project into which I would be integrated as expert. This initiative will launch in a very official way the mobilization of all the administrative structure and will incite all the decision-making entities to position clearly and to inject the necessary funds. There will be some work to be supplied, but with this model of application the project will move forward in the right direction and will allow to integrate more financial support!!
