Derrière chaque action spectaculaire, chaque routine, chaque touchdown, chaque motion et chaque interception, il y a des hommes et des femmes de l'ombre : nos juges et arbitres. 👤
Pour développer nos disciplines et multiplier les matchs et prestations, l’arbitrage est la clé. Être arbitre, c’est être au cœur de l'action, garantir le respect et l’équité et participer activement à la croissance de son club. 🔑
Personne n'est parfait, l'erreur est humaine, mais le respect envers le corps arbitral doit rester une priorité absolue sur et en dehors du terrain. 🤝
