French half Championships yesterday and Oscar was most worried about the swim and only ends up leading it from start to finish! Great race all round although I know a bit disappointed with his run! finishing 3rd. Great opener for the season and much more to come!

The Camp for 2018 will follow a very similar format as in previous years and will be again 10 days. This actually means athletes only need to take one more day off work but gives you 3 extra days to train.
