本來今個星期一開始
應該是一連兩星期十日的考試
(weekend 休息)

前一日既Examiner Briefing
竟然有個壞消息
我地既考官受傷了

其實SNOWBOARD真係好危險
我都HARD FALL 左幾次
有一次係練SWITCH，後腦著地
(Please don’t tell my mum)
我諗我都要快D買個新頭盔

EXAMINER黎唔到咁點算？
Covid要隔離咁點算？
Online Meeting lo~

架陣新常態 咩都可以上網教
滑雪點解唔得？

BASI 即刻搵左另一個考官
同我地上哂今個星期既THEORY - Teaching

9-4, 1 hour lunch break
真係攰過上山滑成日

然後今日，星期二
再整多個 training

【Avalanche Course】

So our instructor course also included training on avalanche. We got the Avalanche kit which is essential gear needed for safe including Transceiver, Shovel and Probe.

We are so lucky to test our kits with and under some off-piste powder. These could really save our life if you want to go beyond the normal piste.

To be the qualified instructor of BASI Level 1, you have to completed 12-hour course.

The first half is self study of outdoor common injuries on your own.
The second half is practical session.

We’ve got some valuable experience from Tip Top Ski Coaching

Then we got to practise
- Recovery Position
- Triangle Bandage
- CPR
- AED
- Choking
- Spinal Injury

After all, for the exam, we will role play for
- Casualty
- First-aider
- Helper

Assessing the situations, we have to act fast and be a professional to deal with the danger.
