The morning after a big day on the mountain deserves to start like this. Pastries still warm. Fruit cut fresh. Nowhere to be for at least another hour. Breakfast at Les Sorbiers is never rushed - and neither is anything else. We’re in the middle of summer and already this image has us ready for the Alps. Enquiries for winter 2026/27 are open. Come and eat breakfast with a view worth waking up for. 🥐🍓

There is a short list of things you should do at least once in your life, and somewhere near the top of it sits this. Two espresso martinis, freshly shaken, balanced on the edge of the hot tub. Steam rising. Snow on the rail. The mountains doing their thing in the distance, entirely unbothered by any of it. We make them well here.
