Beautiful memory of the first yoga class in person during the Summer Solstice Celebration. Lovely to see everyone flowing in their own way...fantastic to see old and new faces. Honestly, I think I was more emotional than my students after so many months of zoom. So grateful for the opportunity! 🧘🧘🧘

Today it was the last day of the First Summer Solstice Celebration in the Pays de Gex! It was great to have so many local yoga teachers team together to share this passion! Hope to see you all in our studios after the summer break! I will be in Segny at the Salle des Association, Thursday evening from 20-21 with an hour of stretch and relax as part of SBYoga - Santé & Bien-Étre/Yoga for the Body & Soul 🧘‍♀️🧘🧘‍♂️
