etangs la Tannerie is based on two lakes in the beautiful loire valley the top lake is 2.5acres exclusive for 2 anglers we are 2hr30 from caen dieppe 4hrs our local town chateaubriant

My friend james has popped over for a few days from the champagne region he got his rods out yesterday afternoon in the heat and couple hours later he had his first fish with this 44.12lb and also this morning he had old one eye w***y at 35.8lb well done mate few more too come 👏👊🎣🎣

Unfortunately there's no catch report for last week as the lads had too cancel on the morning they were due too come so the fish has had a good feed and a rest but for the next two weeks we are also closed for 2 weeks as we do every year to give the fish a good rest but from tomorrow we are starting too connect the bathroom up for the cabin so should be all done next couple days also abit of cleaning around the lake will be done i will put couple posts up on the work what's been done over the next 2vweeks but just a reminder There is only a few certain weeks available for next year 2027 and also weeks are going for 2028 any enquiries please send a dm or contact via WhatsApp thanks Craig 🎣🎣

Last week we had james back on again and this time he bought his dad and his son with him and between the 3 off them they had a fantastic week with landing 15 fish and a few losses with 1 of them going under 30lb with fish up too mid 40lb+ well done again guys good too see you again james see the 3 off you next year 🤝👊🎣🎣

Last week we had Carl and luke on they both had a fantastic week they both fished well with landing 29 fish and a couple losses with fish upto mid 40's well done again guys pleasure having you both on see you both again in 2028 👏👊🤝🎣🎣

We had dennis back on again this week he had another fantastic week with his father in law pierre with dennis only fishing he managed too catch a few as he always does he managed too catch couple of 50's upto 53.4lb and a couple of 40's well done again mate good seeing you and meeting pierre see you in October mate 👊🤝🎣🎣

Last week we had lewis and reece back on they both had a awesome week with both off them beating there pb's 👏 as always they both fished really well with working the lake constantly walking round seeing where the fish are and putting plenty of bait in between the two off them they managed too land 38 fish with a few losses with fish upto 54.4lb massive well done again guys on the pb's you both fished well 👏 see you next year lads 👊🎣🎣🎣

Last week we had brothers martin and Mark Stafford from Stafford 🤣 on for the first time they both had a fantastic week with fishing together and they enjoyed the hot weather we had they both managed too catch a few and mark absolutely smashed his pb with a 47.12lb mirror massive well again mark 👏 was a pleasure having you both on and meeting you both was a great week see you both next year 👏👊🤝🎣🎣

We have lewis and reece back on again and what a start theyve had they arrived at the lake seen fish showing all over and decided too put the rods out straight away and within 30 minutes reece landed his first of the week with this 49lb and new pb for reece massive well done mate 👏 and 10minutes later lewis had his first fish with this 30lber well done again guys few more too come 👏👊🎣🎣

Sorry for the late catch report Last week we had david and Mike on for the first time they both had a cracking week with catching a few the weather was up and down through the week with hailstorms rain wind and frosts but they both fished well with landing 20+ carp up 40lb+ well done again guys was good too see david again and meeting Mike see you both again next year guys 🤝👌🎣🎣

Over the weekend we had 2 local lads quentin and teo on for a 48hr session and between the 2 off them they done really well with the lake being frozen all last week and only thawed out on thursday night they managed to catch 7 upto 44lb and a new pb for quentin 👏 massive well done again lads see you again in February, Un grand bravo encore les gars, on se revoit en février 👏👊🤝🎣🎣
