At Palgrave we practice yoga. We practice pranayama (breath awareness) to quieten a busy mind and release tension in the body. We practice asana (postures) which stretch and strengthen the body. We learn mindfulness and ways to be still and present. If you feel stress, an overloaded mind, fatigue, stiffness, low energy, yoga can help bring ease, balance and calm to the whole self. You don't need to have a fit body, be flexible or strong, there is no criteria because yoga is actually for anyone who just wants to take better care of themselves and perhaps even really expand their quality of life. Anything is possible!
