When my son was born, I had postpartum depression and turned to exercise as a form of therapy and to lose my baby weight. Not only did it cure my depression, but I also started eating healthier, losing weight and I became physically fit. I began increasing my exercise intensity/frequency and participating in races (i.e., Mud Runs, Spartan Race). As others noticed my transformation, I received lots

of compliments and many were asking me for advice. After five years of working out hardcore, I decided to become a Certified Fitness Trainer, so that I could help others. I provide online coaching and education on nutrition. Let me help you get healthy & fit!

I love romantic comedies, and I love Paris! That's why the movie, Something's Gotta Give, is one of my favorites. 😍
Although I've visited Paris a few times, I've never had dinner at the Eiffel Tower restaurant. I'm hoping to do that one day and would love for you to join me. 😉

Beyond blessed and thankful...
We are healthy and happy. We have grown closer. I love our romantic walks.😍 Our love has survived the quarantine.
I have to admit that I wasn't sure how I was going to survive this quarantine at first. I'm used to working from home alone. I have a lot of time to myself, and I enjoy that. My first reactions were 😳🤦🏻‍♀️😩 I thought either the homeschooling would kill me, and/or David & I would kill each other, lol! Who else can relate??? 🙋🏻‍♀️
I was SO wrong! Virtual learning has been quite a success. Nico's school has done a wonderful job, and he has adapted very well. I've enjoyed having Nico and David at home with me very much. I'm extremely grateful for this quality time spent with them and wish we could be cocooned forever. However, I will embrace whatever new challenges life throws our way. "Obstacles can become the gateways that lead to new beginnings."
