Ultra cycling events for everyone, semi supported, in France, Paris, Belgium and Switzerland - This is ultra cycling.

Race Across France is a non-stop ultra cycling event on the legendary roads of France. You have to complete 2500 km through the hardest climbs and beautiful landscapes, ascend more than 43’000 meters, in less than 7 days. To achieve this challenge, you will have to ride days and nights, assisted by a strong team behind you. You will have to go through all 25 time stations, with two eliminatory ones. The accomplishment feeling waiting for you at the end goes beyond all expectations.

Tomorrow, the 9th edition of Race Across France will kick off with the legendary start of the 2500 km route from Hendaye. 🔥

This year marks a new registration record!

🚴 1,416 participants
🌍 26 nationalities represented
🙌 43% first-time participants
👩 12% women on the start line
🤝 4 athletes from Team Human Ride, a team made up of athletes with disabilities, will be taking on different race formats.

🚀 A rider on a mission

Krunal has a clear goal this year, and he’s determined to make it happen: completing the first 1,000 km race of his life.

Krunal Desai is a Canadian cyclist who completed his first ultra-distance event in August 2025, finishing his very first 300 km at Race Across Québec.

This year, he crossed the Atlantic to kick off his season in Portugal, once again taking on the 300 km distance as part of his preparation for an even bigger challenge ahead.

His season roadmap couldn’t be clearer:

🏆✔ Finish the 300 km
⏳ Move up to a 500 km race
⏳ Ultimate goal: join the 1,000 km club

In thé Race Across Portugal, Krunal told us himself: the challenge is huge, but it’s far from impossible.

🇵🇹 For Portugal, Krunal was backed by incredible support from his girlfriend, family, friends, and coach. From the moment we met him, we were inspired by his determination. We immediately got behind him and have been following his journey closely ever since.

This is exactly the kind of story we love: an ultra-distance legend in the making, constantly pushing his limits and striving to become a better rider every day. And we’re convinced that, in a few years, Krunal will be one of those familiar faces you’ll always find on the start line of every 1,000 km race. 🤞

🚴‍♂️ They boost your spirits at the checkpoints, pamper you at the life bases, and celebrate EVERY single one of your departures and arrivals, day and night.
