The world is our best teacherā¦ā£ š
ā£
Some of my most challenging classes have been whilst Iāve been travelling, and this time was no exception. ā£
ā£
Something that has surfaced for me recently and that Iāve been consciously working on is my ability to hold space for polarity.ā£
ā£
I believe so much of our inner resistance is created by not allowing space for more than one belief, feeling or emotion to exist. ā£
ā£
The other day I was experiencing grief and gratitude simultaneously. I felt resistance to experiencing both, but that resistance was only a by-product of believing I could only feel one. ā£
ā£
I canāt emphasise enough that a fundamental part of our healing is FEELING and feeling it ALL, the good, the bad and the ugly. ā£
ā£
Our human experience is complex, yet we constantly try to intellectualise it. No book, podcast, coach or therapist can teach you the intricacies of your inner world; only you can. ā£
ā£
Learning our inner ebb and flows is like weaving a delicate web. Sometimes the string you thread will break, and youāll be redirected; youāll be challenged to create something that is both beautiful and challenging. ā£
ā£
Allowing our consciousness the space it requires is liberating. Confining everything you feel, do and be is imprisoning. ā£
ā£
See, hear and hold space for all of you, not just the desirable parts that youāve been conditioned to believe are āgoodā nothing is good or bad; itās indifferent. It is part of our human experience.ā£šš»
