X3U Ultimus Plate Update. Back in production. With a new size available also. Emails have already been sent out to the next people on the pre order list.

We have made new molds which will make producing them a lot more stable in production but also made a smaller version called the Ultimus Mini. Everyone that has preordered will get the option of which they want to receive.

Ultimus is 12” x 21.75” 3.4 lbs
Ultimus Mini 11” x 20.25” 2.6 lbs.

The Ultimus plates also have cross channels that you can use your bands front to back down the back and center of the footplates. Giving you a lot more options for band placement.

That is all carnivore those are the total macros for 1.5 lbs of raw 80/20 chuck ground beef and 10 large eggs.

All that is only $8.83

Again don’t say it expensive to eat carnivore. It’s expensive to buy literally everything else that really provide zero nutritional value in comparison.

X3U If you need a trainer to stay consistent choose one that will train you from wherever they are even while on vacation. Training Fiona from the top of the Arch Of Triumph in France. X3U will train you in person online 365 per year without ever taking a day off because of traveling. If there is connection I’m training. Day and night.

X3U how to easily stay lean year round. While traveling I find it’s better to fast almost all the time and it ends up cheaper anyways. It’s cheaper to travel and eat if you fast for 4- days -5 Days then eat. So while in France I won’t eat at all for 5 days and then eat when I get to Spain. All the while you are walking the entire day after working out with the X3 in the morning and fasting for days on end. Eat every 3-5 days. Makes your meal affordable the days you finally eat 3-5 lbs of meat abroad. Now this also means don’t waste your money buying drinks like coffee or tea or whatever as that adds up quick. Trust me I’m traveling with 6 people right now and they can’t seem to go 2 hours without stopping somewhere to buy some drink or a bite to eat. When you only eat once per day and carry around a refillable water bottle with you you quickly notice how much time people spend eating and buying drinks when they travel. That is like the only thing they do. Every couple of hours they stop and have to eat or drink something. Nothing better than been fat adapted when you simply don’t have this need or urge. My energy levels stay consistent day in and out walking up and down while the rest seem to need to sit down to rest and eat all the time.

So while most seem to have to come back from vacation to lose the weight they packed on I usually tend to actually have gotten leaner whenever I get back from vacation.

X3U Strap Updates. The straps are already arriving and now that some users have received them here is how to attach the X3U Hooks to the straps. Obviously if using carabiners all you do is put the carabiner on both loops. anyone with questions just message me or respond here.

X3U Update on the straps and Ultimus Footplates shipping. Both the straps and the Footplates were held up by customs and released on May 9th. We where not made aware of the this until now. As that hold was in China. All the straps ordered and the footplates that have are already payed their balance was on that shipment hold. Now they are moving finally. So we will have tracking numbers for them soon.

X3U Ultimus Straps box squats for those with real mobility issue in their knees . That sometimes the problem is not the core strength over all but their knees and hips are so wasted they cannot really lower themselves deep enough even to do adequate split squats with the belt. Yes not everyone can use the belt because doing any lungs type movement is out of the question because they have such pain and instability in the knee in that position. They also cannot go too deep without pain in squat. So doing heavy squats is also hard because now loading the bar becomes really hard to do because one needs to be able to get down to load heavy bands. Well the straps plus box height adjustment means that you can set up your range and tension level workout hurting your lower back or knees.

X3U Now showing Front Squats overloads with the Ultimus Straps. So how to get Ass To Grass starting position while overloading the top position. This is just an example. For those again that have the mobility and core strength to do full range squats. Because we can control staring point plus add in another secondary band with the carabiners or another set of hooks you can then adjust where that second band add tension. Now you can get deep squats with the right tension for you at that level then add more tension to the top.
