This picture was taken from the top of the Eiffel Tower on the first of many trips to Paris. I was traveling alone.

I vividly remember strolling through the city on my way to the iconic landmark, losing sight of it as I got closer, only to round a corner and having one of its feet suddenly appear out of nowhere! t took my breathe away as my eyes shot skyward. I didn’t expect the experience to be so…emotional.

It’s moments like these that make travel so exciting…and frankly good for our brain! It challenges our way of doing things. It requires more of us than our usual routine. It expands our understanding of the world, how it works, and our small place in it.

It is such a joy to get to do this work and see women blossom! I am grateful every day. Not only for the growth of clients, but for the way I am also learning and changing.

Last week at this time I was presenting to 518 women with on the importance of intentionality and planning.

With many states seeing a spike in the virus, her message of “Focus on what you can control” is particularly relevant.

What a time to be a woman! The world of sports has seen 2 strong and well respected female athletes take time to address their mental health. Despite criticism they are setting a wonderful precedent for caring for our WHOLE self— body, mind, and spirit!

There are Olympic volleyball and gymnastics teams standing up to sexist policies around “proper attire” and I 👏🏽AM 👏🏽 HERE 👏🏽 FOR 👏🏽 IT!

💶 The multiple sources can be known or unknown, it covers all bases!

💷 There is a benevolence clause! With great abundance you have the opportunity to use it to bless others and yourself!
