Curious about what’s really happening in your body when you practise asana?
Join Dr. Lori Zucker for a 2.5-hour workshop bridging the gap between anatomical knowledge and personal experience on the mat Lori Zucker
Designed for yoga teachers and curious practitioners, this workshop will deepen your understanding of how the body works in practice. We’ll begin by reviewing the foundational structures and mechanics that shape how we move, stretch and stabilise. Then we’ll bring these principles to life in an experiential asana lab through hands-on exploration.
Together, we’ll observe real bodies, explore individual anatomical differences and apply these concepts to the questions and challenges participants encounter in their own practice or teaching.
You’ll develop a clearer understanding of how anatomy can inform alignment, sensation and movement choices, without relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
Come with questions about your own body, your practice or your students, and leave with a deeper understanding of the anatomy behind the poses.
