Happy 6th birthday, to us🎂✨

Join us at the studio on Saturday, June 27th at 1PM for a celebration of community, laughter, and delicious vegan treats. There will be a Hanuman Puja led by Eddie Stern at 12:30 pm if you’d like to join as well.

An evening of mantra, music, and devotion, open to everyone 🙏🏻 A soul-lifting, heart-warming kirtan with the one and only Krishna Das, the internationally-loved Kirtan Rockstar!

July 5, 4-7PM - – Kirtan + Q&A Workshop

Krishna Das workshops are an intimate setting providing the opportunity to dive deeper into the path through questions and answers. KD’s workshops typically include some chanting time, but less than the kirtan. KD often uses these forums to discuss the practice of kirtan, to share stories, life lessons, and to discuss the importance of integrating spiritual practices into our daily lives.

A breath-led contemporary approach to classical yoga sequences focused on balance, clarity and nervous system regulation. Suitable for all levels.

Yoga & Strength | 5 PM ** Available on live stream
A dynamic practice combining yoga with classical Indian physical exercise: endurance work, push-ups, squats and core strengthening. Adaptations offered throughout the class. Previous movement or yoga experience recommended.
