First 5km race with Leon 25.44. It's complicated running with a dog! Especially the toilet stops, then finding a bin 😂🙊💩

1.27.51 - swim 12.29 bike 40.40 run 28.30. Very publicly fell over banana skin style between the swim and canal. Went the wrong way on the bike and followed the Olympic distance 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ had to leave the course and find my way back! (Estimated time loss 2-3 mins!) Run felt much better! Overall happy with that considering the sheer amount of people involved and the traffic jams getting out of the water and bike park!!

My view from 1000th jump!! Yes girrrrlllll! She totally nailed it and I am do happy to have been there! It was a very rare belly angle jump for me, I have little experience or confidence in this slot but was very well briefed by .penny_ and it went well! Thanks bep! ❤️🏝☀️✈️🥂🍹🌈😃🌟

A little Sunday afternoon jump with Mr. Penny... 🐥🌞🔥🌈 missed my key for the move and had a little wobble but that’s the first time I’ve tried this in the sky and it felt totally different to how it feels in the tunnel! ❤️
