If you're stuck in a moment that makes you question everything…Let me tell you what helped me stop suffering and start a purposeful life.
A few years ago, I looked like I had everything figured out.
A good career, family, responsibilities, all in place.
But little by little, I started questioning my life.
I started feeling like an important part of it wasn’t true to who I am, the people around me, the work I was doing, the image of success I had in my mind.
I kept asking myself:
“Is this really it? Is this what my life is supposed to feel like?”
After a while, I hit a point where I didn’t recognize myself anymore.
I was exhausted and acting in ways that didn’t feel like me. I had moments of panic, then guilt, then deep sadness.
I tried everything to feel better, therapy, yoga, meditation, reading books, practicing gratitude.
But all of these only helped on the surface. They didn’t help me overcome the deep crisis I was facing.
Then I found something that changed everything. The Demartini method helped me go deeper:
- To reconnect with my identity
- To understand what truly mattered for me
- To find meaning in the middle of what felt like chaos
That work gave me clarity. It helped me see that what I was going through wasn’t a failure, it was a wake-up call. It showed me that I could build my life, one piece at a time, in a way that feels honest and aligned to what I feel.
And from that place, I started again.
I felt inspired and ready to help others come out stronger from their own challenges.
I trained, I studied intensively and I began supporting people around me.
So if you’re in that place right now… please hear this:
There is nothing wrong with you.
And I believe you can find meaning in what you're facing, even if you don’t see it yet.
