I have particular experience training children with autism, ADHD, dyspraxia and adults with Parkinson's.

Having done 3 sessions outside the air conditioning was a very welcome relief. Elyes couldn’t be more committed to his boxing, full of questions and a desire to improve. He left asking what he could improve on during the summer. Such sessions fly by as a result. We worked on phase attacking, in and out, making our presence known before quickly moving out of range, lining up the next attack. Great end to a steaming day.

Probably shouldn’t be teaching kids to run as fast as they can to the pub but it’s all a learning curve I guess!

I spent time with my Thursday group working on how to beat your opponent’s jab. Here Freya firstly splits the jab, avoiding incoming by taking her head off-line, then blocks a jab while throwing hers at the same time, and finally jabs to the body, again taking her head out of the firing line while executing. Solid work.
