Somewhere along the way...

Yoga stopped giving me answers.

And started giving me better questions.

Questions like...

"If everything is One...
Who's arguing with whom?"

"If the ego is an illusion...
Who's getting offended?"

"If happiness is already inside...
Why do I practice Yoga?"

The funny thing is...

The older I get, the less interested I am in finding the "right" answer.

Because every good question reveals something about the person asking it.

Maybe that's what yoga really is.

Not a collection of poses.

Not a philosophy to memorize.

But an invitation to question everything we thought we knew—including ourselves.

So...

Which question made you pause?

I'd genuinely love to hear your answer.

👇 Leave it in the comments.

And if this made you smile, save it for the next time your mind starts taking life too seriously.

Before Yoga vs After Yoga.

Most people start yoga hoping to become more flexible, stronger, or healthier.

So did I.

But somewhere along the journey, I realized something unexpected.

Yoga didn't just change my body.

It changed the way I breathe.

The way I think.

The way I react.

The way I speak.

The way I treat the people around me.

The way I experience each day.

Life didn't suddenly become easier.

Problems didn't disappear.

But the person experiencing those problems began to change.

That has made all the difference.

If you've only experienced yoga as a workout, you're only seeing the surface.

The real practice begins when you step off the mat.

Which slide resonated with you the most?

Save this carousel for the days you need a reminder.

And share it with someone who thinks yoga is just stretching.

Most people think a headstand is about getting upside down.

It isn't.

The pose is simply the final expression of many smaller skills developed beforehand—shoulder strength, core stability, body awareness, balance, patience and control.

Trying to force the final posture without developing these foundations often leads to frustration, poor technique, or injury.

A good headstand doesn't feel heavy or unstable.

It feels balanced.

If you're learning headstand, don't ask:

*"How do I get my feet up?"*

Ask:

*"What skills do I need before my feet leave the floor?"*

That's where real progress begins.

đź’¬ Which headstand myth have you heard most often? Let me know in the comments.

Save this post for when you start practising—or share it with someone who's learning.
