New outside class starting this Friday..
CARDIOBUZZ. Mixing great tunes with great cardio exercises. You can also join me for Boxfit, bootcamps and personal training. You can organize your own groups and times to fit your needs.

Hi everyone,
So summer is finally here, school is nearly over, and you’ll be happy to know that your bootcamps will continue into August, so no excuses!!!
Summer Bootcamps start Wednesday 11th and will continue every Monday and Wednesday until 8th August.
Classes start at 10am until 11am.
Bring the kids along, they’ll love it. Also any friends that would like to try it.

Hi everyone!
Hope you all had a wonderful summer. Kids all back to school ok. Its time to get those bodies back into shape after all the aperitifs!!
BOOTCAMP starting on Wednesday 13th Sept at 9.15am
BOXFIT starting on Friday 15th Sept at 1.45pm (don't forget to confirm your space)
ZUMBA starting on Friday 22nd Sept at 9.30am with a new location address to be confirmed.

Hello all,
So, after that nasty little stint in hospital, when for a moment, a leg was growing from my shoulder, i am happy to say that all classes are BACK ON!!!!!
Can't wait to see you all very very soon.........
