Hi there!
I believe that I haven't presented myself yet on that page, so you'll know more about me 🙂

🐎 I grew up as a horse rider and always love sports and movements.
💥 Unfortunately, I was severely injured at the age of 17, which prevented me from being active, as any activity lasting more than 3 minutes was letting me drained and in pain.
I graduated as a Biomechanical Engineer and thanks to my knowledge was able to get back to fitness and running a few years after starting my biomechanics course. Nutrition has been a huge aspect of my own recovery, helping my body heal from the inside as well.
🔥 After practicing for 6 years, running several half-marathon, a marathon and an ultra-trail (50km), I realized that I wanted to help people feel better in their body and life, recover from they own disabilities and injuries, and I took my passion for biomechanics and nutrition to the next level!

🌎 My approach is global and holistic, highlighting functional movements, flexibility and mobility, nutrition and global wellness.

✅ Whether you want to attain fitness goals, overcome consequences of a treated injury or figuring out what to implement in your life to feel better in your body, I am here to show you your awesomeness and bring your wellness to the next level!

Why sweet potatoes instead of regular ones?
Sweet potatoes are full of awesome nutrients, far more dense than the regular white potatoes. Also, even if it is qualified as "sweet", the glycemic-index is lower than its cousin! Especially here, because it's cooked boiled first and then put in the oven, the GI doesn't increase as much as directly in the oven (method of cooking influences how GI changes for a same type of food).

Whatever your level is, consistency is priority on intensity. It's better to be able to sustain shorter and less intense workouts several times a week overs months than to burn out of over-training really quick because your body is exhausted by few sporadic intense workouts.
