And also for each & every man who continues to fight their own challenges around mental health, testicular & prostate cancer and su***de. Globally, the rate of su***de is alarmingly high and too many men are “toughing it out”. You’re not alone. I’m here to support you. Mental Health Gala was a success — igniting me with my community and meeting a dope group of bad ass psychotherapists that I can now call my sisters ✨ this journey has only started for me but one that was in the making for a long time coming. Blessed & thankful 🙏🏾

Globally, the rate of su***de is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out', keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Together, we need to continue having the conversation around men's mental health, as research has proven, men are less likely to talk about their feelings, thoughts and mental well-being. You are not in this alone, and I am here to support you! You, your emotions and both physical and mental health matter.
